What we do with your data

COPPA regulates the online collection of information from persons under the age of 13. For sites directed at children, parental consent must be obtained prior to any data collection. This site is not directed at children.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA requires websites that collect personally identifiable information (PII) from California consumers to state exactly what information is collected and with whom it is shared. The GDPR also requires sites to disclose this information to users upon request and if users request the removal of said information, sites must comply. As stated previously, the site does not collect any personally identifiable information other than what is actively shared with the site by the user for the purpose of subscribing to email newsletters (name and email address) or information that is passively and anonymously collected from users for the purpose of analyzing website usage.
